Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how OmnixDev (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Futbol Libre mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Futbol Libre is a football fixtures, live scores, and match information app developed by OmnixDev. For privacy questions, email info@omnixdev.com.
2. Summary
- We do not require you to create an account.
- Most preferences (language, favorites, alerts) stay on your device.
- The App uses third-party services for ads, optional attribution/analytics, and match data.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information we process
3.1 Information stored on your device
The App may store locally (for example via on-device storage):
- Language preference
- Favorite matches and followed teams
- Kickoff alert settings
- Recent searches
- Local prediction votes
- Cached match data and images (to improve performance and reduce network use)
This data generally remains on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the App.
3.2 Information processed automatically
Depending on your device settings and our partners, the following may be processed:
- Device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, device/app version, and approximate diagnostics
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks) through advertising partners
- Install/attribution events if Meta (Facebook) SDK features are enabled
- Network requests needed to load fixtures, scores, standings, and related football content
3.3 Permissions
- Internet — required to load match data, ads, and images.
- Notifications — optional; used only if you enable kickoff alerts.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location for core features.
4. How we use information
- To provide fixtures, live scores, standings, and match details
- To remember your settings and favorites
- To send optional kickoff notifications you enable
- To show advertisements that help keep the App free
- To measure installs/campaign performance (when attribution tools are enabled)
- To improve stability, performance, and user experience
5. Third-party services
We use trusted providers. Their processing is governed by their own policies:
- Google AdMob — advertising (interstitial and native ads). See Google Privacy Policy and AdMob help.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK — may be used for app events / install attribution when enabled. See Meta Privacy Policy.
- Football data providers / CDN / cloud proxy — used to fetch and cache match information and media. Requests are typically sent to our proxy infrastructure and upstream sports data services; they may receive technical data such as IP address and request metadata.
- Device notification systems (e.g. Android notification services) — to deliver alerts you enable.
Advertising partners may use cookies, advertising IDs, or similar technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, subject to your device and regional consent settings (for example Google UMP / Play privacy options where applicable).
6. Legal streams / external links
The App may show links or references to legal TV/streaming options. Opening those links takes you to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Data retention
- On-device data — kept until you clear storage or uninstall.
- Cached sports content — retained for limited periods to improve performance.
- Partner data — retained according to each partner’s policy.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:
- With service providers needed to operate the App (ads, attribution, hosting/proxy, sports data)
- If required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- In connection with a business transfer (for example merger or acquisition), where permitted by law
9. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International processing
Your information may be processed on servers in different countries (including where our providers operate). Where required, providers use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Your choices and rights
- Change language and alert preferences in the App settings
- Disable notifications in system settings
- Reset or limit advertising ID in device settings
- Clear app storage or uninstall the App to remove local data
- Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing

12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
